34 MILLION Dental emergencies lead to 34 million lost hours of school annually. Source.
As our patient, you’ll benefit from our whole-body approach to dental care. Our team focuses on prevention and early intervention. Through regular cleanings, thorough exams, and patient education, your dentist will identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

When dental emergencies do happen, our team uses advanced technology to provide swift and precise diagnoses. Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras allow us to spot the root of the problem causing your dental pain.

Our emergency dental services include:

  • Fillings – If you have a cavity or damaged tooth, our composite fillings provide a seamless and durable solution. Your dentist will use tooth-colored materials to restore your tooth’s strength and appearance.
  • Same-Day Crowns When a tooth is damaged or decayed, a crown can protect and restore its function. Your dentist can create your crown in a single visit with our CEREC technology. Turnaround time for a crown made at an outside lab is typically a week or more.
  • Root Canal Treatment – If a tooth’s pulp becomes infected, your dentist may recommend a root canal treatment to save the tooth. Your dentist may need to refer you to a specialist if your infection is more complex.
  • Extractions In some cases, a tooth may be too damaged to save, and extraction is the best course of action Your dentist will perform the extraction with precision and care to promote optimal healing.
  • Gum Disease Treatment – Gum disease can lead to serious consequences if left untreated. Your dentist will treat the infection and restore your health. We use the guided biofilm therapy (GBT) method of deep cleaning, which is more gentle than traditional scaling and root planing.

Common Questions About Dental Emergencies
Can you help with my dental emergency?

Yes, we certainly can! Call us now for any dental emergencies, and we will get you into the office as soon as possible to get you the fast help you need to feel better soon and save your smile. In many cases, this means we’ll see you the same day.

What can you do for my dental emergency?

When you come to us for your emergency, you can expect quick, skilled treatment to get your smile back in shape soon. Our first priority will be to stop your dental pain so you can relax. We’ll perform an emergency exam and possibly take X-rays to determine what is causing your pain and what needs to be done to correct it. We’ll always give you options whenever possible.

Can I go to the ER for dental emergencies?

Yes, you can. However, since they have no dentists on staff, you won’t be able to get a root canal, extraction, or other dental procedure. If you have an infection, the ER can provide antibiotics to keep it under control until you can see us. They may also be able to prescribe pain-relieving medication that is stronger than an over-the-counter medication.
